The prices are pretty low - Is this stuff "real" (genuine)?
We guarantee all of our items to be 100% authentic. If not from tradespeople in developing parts of the world or designed in house, our items are obtained through manufacturer/department store overstock, photo shoot excesses, production overruns, scratch and dent packaging, sample sales, and other surplus. All items are new and unused unless noted - as in collectibles. They may look a little different if made for consumption in a different consumer market, but they are definitely authentic. We pride ourselves on this.
Fantasy Finds is an off-price e-tailer. This is a similar concept to surplus, liquidators like TJ Max, Ross, Winners and the like. We carry a very wide and comprehensive selection, but are unable to offer entire product lines because we are a) not a department store and b) we ourselves are shopping for the best discounts for you. It's our goal to bring you the widest selection at a minimum of 20% off the retail price. If we can't offer that savings, we won't bring it in. With that said, if you're looking for a particular color, please ask us, we can sometimes obtain it, but we just don't know there's a demand!
Fantasy Finds uses Canada Post to send all orders. Shipping charges are in no way profitable for us and we attempt to keep them as close to the actual price as possible. We offer free shipping on all our inventory to Canada and the USA and subsidize our international rates.

For practically all products, we have taken actual product shots to create the colour tables. Please note that due to lighting, angles, different computer monitors and settings, that colours may vary. We have made every effort to capture the actual colour and hue of each product. If you are in doubt, please check at a local cosmetics counter and then buy online - or alternately, email us with questions - we are happy to help!

Sometimes you may want things in larger quantities than we have available. Do not despair! In our physical stores, we have done, custom special orders - like Party & Wedding Orders. Some items are liquidations of our inventory, but others are things we regularly import and are increasing! If there is not enough of a quantity, please drop us a line - We will check our store rooms and suppliers and let you know. Once we have agreed upon a price and terms, we will create a custom invoice for you. Your Items will ship as per our agreed terms.
