Fantasy Finds sends all packages using Canada Post. Orders are processed and shipped within two business days. Canadian customers will receive tracking information for their order at time of shipment. We regret that Canada Post does not provide tracking information for shipments sent Air Mail to the
If you would like tracking for a package sent to the
US and international orders may only be shipped to the billing address.
Please note that Cosmetics orders to Canada and the US have FREE SHIPPING, regardless of the cost of the purchase. However, if you would like tracking or extra insurance, this will be extra.
LOST PACKAGES - Occasionally, packages may be delayed in arriving within the outlined times above. Packages will not be considered lost until 20 business days after shipping. If you are concerned that your package has gone missing, please contact us. Shipments that are considered successfully delivered by Canada Post will not be treated as lost and will not be replaced or refunded. Please ensure that appropriate arrangements are made if you are having your order shipped to a suite or apartment within a building. If you would like your shipment sent with a signature required upon delivery, please make this selection at checkout.
